Browser not resolve url properly according to hosts file

In fact, I'm not sure if this is a problem on hosts file or not. I added a
record in the hosts file and when I visited the site it directed to the ip
specific correctly. However, today, it suddenly not work properly as
before. If I request the www.mysite.com it still return the content on the
root page from the ip in hosts file, but not the images, css, javascripts,
anything else. When I tried to access www.mysite.com/wp-admin or any other
inner pages, it go the real site which I set on the registra (which return
404 because that page is not exist there). It seems that any url of inner
pages are not resolved to the ip specific in the hosts file. Why?
